Bill Maginn, President
The founder of the company has over 20 years of leadership and entrepreneurial experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Startups, and General Management. Bill has expertise with integrating, acquiring, and starting companies and operations as a leader and member of multiple acquisition/integration teams. He has extensive global experience with customers and suppliers, especially in the USA, China, and Mexico. Specialties include Supply Chain Strategies and Tactics, Lean Manufacturing, Lean Supply Chain, and Global Sourcing and Integrated Product Development. Bill is an adjunct Professor of Business at Southwestern College in San Diego, CA.
Dan Rothweil, Principal
Dan has over 20 years of design and project management experiences from R&D to lean design for manufacturing. Dan has a BSEE from SDSU and a MS in Executive Leadership from USD. Design and engineering management experiences cover electronic and pulse power, control system hardware and software, optical, mechanical and cooling systems. Dan has an established history managing teams through a 5-phase development process on both domestic and international programs.
Kit Yeung, Associate (China)
Kit has a BENG and a MPHIL in Information Engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Kit has got PMP and CPM with proven project management records in Mobile/Information Technology Industry as well as Manufacturing Industry over the past 10 years. He works out of our Hong Kong office and is fluent in written and spoken English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Peter Ginty (UK)
Peter Ginty is a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management and Operations Management at The Isle of Man International Business School. Peter has over 15 years’ consulting experience, managing business transformation programs for multi-national clients in Europe and the USA. He established the USA operation of a UK Consulting Practice in 1994 and spent 8 years in America developing and managing large-scale supply chain and change management projects for organizations such as Microsoft, Dell and Pfizer. Peter has delivered workshops to companies including Microsoft, Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Avery Dennison and Rolls Royce. Peter has a BSc in Manufacturing Engineering and an MBA from Manchester Business School in the UK.
