Featuring the PRINCE2™ methodology, this workshop is an in-depth introduction to the processes and skills required for consistent and successful project management. While PRINCE2™ gives you a set of processes to work through and explains what information you should be gathering along the way, it doesn't do the work for you; it cannot guarantee your projects will be successful. Good projects, which deliver quality results, are on-time and within budget are dependent on the capability of people involved from Project Board down to individual members.
This workshop will give you the confidence to plan and implement significant changes throughout your organization through the coordinated and effective means of the PRINCE2™ methodology.

LEADER
Peter Ginty is a Senior Lecturer in Strategic Management and Operations Management at The Isle of Man International Business School. Peter has over 15 years’ consulting experience, managing business transformation programs for multi-national clients in Europe and the USA. He established the USA operation of a UK Consulting Practice in 1994 and spent 8 years in America developing and managing large-scale supply chain and change management projects for organizations such as Microsoft, Dell and Pfizer. Peter has delivered workshops to companies including Microsoft, Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Avery Dennison and Rolls Royce. Peter has a BSc in Manufacturing Engineering and an MBA from Manchester Business School in the UK.
